SHIPPING ERRORS

Shipping errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:

1. Keep all packing materials in the same condition as you received them.

Claims can not be made if packing material is missing.

Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS).

3. Do not ship the package back to Krown Mfg., Inc; wait for the carrier to

inspect and pick up the package.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please call Krown Mfg. cus-

tomer service for instructions on returning it for replacement. Replacement can be

made only if the defective item(s) is returned to Krown Mfg. within 30 days of the

original shipment. Please see Returns and Exchange section.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please retain your packing slip. It will be needed, in the event that you need to

make a return or exchange. Repack the merchandise carefully in its original carton.

You must include all instruction manuals, warranty cards and the original packing

materials.

Make sure to also include your packing slip. Send the return merchandise

to Krown Manufacturing, Inc, 3408 Indale Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76116. Krown Mfg.

reserves the right to refuse a return, or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if

products are returned without the original packing and all instructions and warranty

cards. They also reserve the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the prod-

uct has been damaged or abused. The cost of shipping returns is the responsibility

of the customer.

OUR GUARANTEE

Krown Mfg. offers our customers a 30-days guarantee on most products sold, with

the exclusion of exchanges or refunds (less shipping, handling and return charges).

WARRANTIES

Defective merchandise returned within the ﬁ rst 30 days will be exchanged with

the same item. Defective items returned after the ﬁ rst 30 days will fall under the

manufacturer’s warranty policies. All products are sold with the manufacturer’s

warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufac-

turer’s warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fall within the

warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Should you need

to verify the manufacturer’s address and/or telephone number, call our customer

service department. Do not send items back to Krown Manufacturing to be repaired

except Krown’s products. Krown products either in or out of warranty are subject

to a minimum charge.

CATALOG PRICING

Prices in the catalog are effective September 6, 2011. All prices are subject to

change without notice. Orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the

order is received. Krown Mfg. reserves the right to discontinue models without

prior notice and to correct typographical errors. Prices in this catalog supersede all

previous pricing and are in effect as of the date shown on the order form. Prices and

speciﬁ cations are subject to change.

Krown Mfg. maintains a large dealer network. Resellers in this industry are wel-
